Overview
The undead are moving in on the capital, and the only thing that stands between the Zombie hordes and the remaining living is you: a soon-to-be elite member of the Outbreak Response Executive. Welcome to Zombie Outbreak Experience at Bunker 51.
You'll learn how to handle three different types of weaponry and discover the tactics necessary to take down the undead. You’ll need to bring everything you think you know about staying alive as you step into the battle zone, keeping a level head as you take aim at the hordes to save the world from being overrun.
Not for the faint of heart, you’ll have to be physically fit, emotionally sound and more than ready to re-dead the undead. Run around, shoot with accuracy and stop some zombies in their shuffling tracks lest you become one yourself. Think you have what it takes to save the day? Prove it!

What happens on the day?
On arrival at the hidden Bunker 51 in North Greenwich you’ll be met by your tactics instructors before being kitted out in all the necessary protective gear to keep you safe(ish) from the zombies.
After a safety briefing and the requisite training in all the weaponry you’ll be using on the day you’ll be ready to take on the zombies, with the whole experience taking around 2 hours 30 minutes from start to finish.

- Minimum age: 12 (under 18s must be accompanied by a full paying adult)
- The experience content, equipment used and restrictions may vary
Availability
This experience is available on Sundays and selected Saturdays released 1 month in advance. All bookings are subject to availability.
Please allow approximately 2 hous 30 minutes for the whole experience.
What about insurance?
The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.

Epic time, loved it!! Money well spent
My boyfriend booked a Zombie SWAT Training experience through Virgin for my 22nd birthday. It was amazing and definitely something I would do again! Highly recommend! You get trained on using 3 different types of guns and you go against the other teams for training and then there is the suspense and thrill that comes in though the Zombies escaping. Already looking for when we can go next.

Fantastic fun and frights!
I can’t rate the zombie swat training experience highly enough. It was fantastic from beginning to end! Not for the faint hearted or claustrophobic but for every other wannabe zombie slayer out there!

Really fun experience
Zombie apocalypse outbreak experience in Bunker 51 was well run, realistic immersive experience, only problem was safety mask steams up alot so can’t see very well so maybe improved masks but really fun experience 🧟♀️

Great event and well run, just be aware the Virgin site for this when I booked said minimum participant age is 12, but the Bunker 51 literature says it’s 14

A great zombie experience day
Great set up, staff are really friendly, equipment that we used was in good condition. I went by myself as the experience was a gift and was afraid I’d be a loner, however the experience encourages team work and you get to know the rest the group quick. Just be prepared for steamy glasses and steamed face mask if you wear spectacles.

Fun Escape
3 hour of fun and escapism. Hats off to the Captain and Staff Sargent who kept the experience flowing with humour during the session. Zombies were cool too!!

Absolutely Brilliant!!
I thoroughly enjoyed my experience! the acting was superb for both the zombies and the soldiers. Incredibly enjoyable, I would 100% recommend it to anyone who is even remotely interested the zombie apocalypse theme. Thanks for a very very good evening!!

Adrenaline rush
Wasn't sure what to expect. The actors where really good and very real.. Very intense at some points, (shit my pants) 😁 You have to work as a team which makes it more realistic. And get to shoot 3 different weapons, If you like walking dead and wanta close encounter experience I would definitely recommend it. Dark and dingy place, make sure you wear old clothes!!

Bunker 51 zombie experience
We had a group of six on this experience and everyone of us absolutely loved:) It couldn't of been any better except maybe more ammunition! The zombie and actors were brilliant; it was fun but so a little scary:) Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

Amazing
Was an amazing experience. Met all my expectations. People was so nice other than the Zombies. Would actually consider going again. Took two of my teenage children who loved it. Would definitely recommend it.

Pretty good
Booked this for my son's 16th birthday. Wasn't sure what to really expect, but did know there were 3 weapons involved. I had thought there would be a lot more shooting than there actually was as it was very much story-based. Well acted and s pretty good story, just wish there was more zombie shooting but my son enjoyed it

Great fun
Great fun, 3 and 1/2 hours, a mix of Zombies , paintball and airsoft. Nephew really enjoyed it too. The staff were helpful and did a great job of giving a 'Zombie Outbreak' feel to the day.

Good exp
The zombie outbreak experience was very good but it is too expensive for what it is. My laser gun didn't work and the groups were too big to get a good experience. However the actors were great and it was well organised

Good but needs some improvements!
The actors really make the experience come to life. Especially the area which you had to walk and crawl through! However, I had issues with the different weapons jamming or refusing to work and staff were not always available to help. In addition the misting up of the mask made it impossible to see. A problem experienced by many! I feel a safe house area should be Installed whereby weapons and masks could be rectified, as I was refused sorting my visor and told I’d have to put up with it!
