Satisfy your cravings for great ale with a Tour and Ale Tastings at The Old Dairy Brewery. The two of you can learn some of the processes behind producing exceptional craft beers. The proof is in the pint, so you’ll sample the fruits of the brewers' labours with a tasting in the bar.
The brewery sits inside two World War II Nissen huts. With a passion for brewing with the best and freshest ingredients, it now boasts best bitters, pale ales, an Award Imperial Porter (7%), stouts and IPAs on its roster.
During your 1 hour 30 minute tour, you’ll learn the history of the Old Dairy Brewery along with a history of brewing in Tenterden. Afterwards, you’ll enjoy a tasting session as well as a look around the brewery shop.

What happens on the day?
Upon arrival to the brewery, you’ll be welcomed by staff before your tour gets underway. Your tour will last 1 hour 30 minutes and you’ll learn the processes that go into making their brilliant beer selection.
After the tour, you’ll return to the bar for a tasting session.

Availability
This experience takes place on selected Saturdays at 10.30 and Thursdays at 14.30 from March 2021. All tours must be pre-booked.
We recommend you book at least four to six weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available. All bookings are subject to availability.
Please allow approximately 1 hour 30 minutes for the tour with additional time to browse the brewery shop.
What about insurance?
The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.

“Fabulous day ”
On the hottest day of the year what better way to keep cool than a tour of a brewery were the beer tasting was unlimited and the tour was great. A must if you like beer and a lovely quaint English village.
