In the comfort of your own home or chosen space, a certified and vetted skin aesthetician will help you reach your skin goals. Beginning with a tailored consultation, your aesthetician will assess your skin’s needs and determine which facial is the best fit. You’ll either receive a ‘no acid’ resurfacing Osmosis signature treatment that combines bespoke actives, or the customisable PCA Skin Facial Peel, that incorporates an advanced retinoid booster for enhanced results.
After the facial, the aesthetician will give you the correct aftercare advice with personal instruction on how to structure a daily skincare regime advising you on the appropriate supplements to combat your skin concerns.

What happens on the day?
With a pre-arranged time booked via an online platform, a certified and vetted skin aesthetician will come directly to your home with everything needed to complete a treatment. After setting up a suitable space, they’ll begin a bespoke skin consultation with you to better understand your skin’s needs and tailor the treatment accordingly.
Facial treatments are either the Osmosis bespoke signature treatment or PCA Skin Facial Peel. After the facial, the aesthetician will give you the correct aftercare advice and give personal instruction on how to structure a daily skincare regime with the appropriate skin supplements to combat skin concerns.
Please note the three month subscription includes one facial treatment a month for 3 consecutive months because consistency is key when it comes to skin health.
Participant guidelines
- Minimum age: 18
- Please note:
DO NOT expose your skin to the sun for at least 1 week before treatment, including tanning beds
DO NOT undergo any other facial treatments for 2 weeks before a chemical peel treatment. This includes dermaplaning, micro-needling, laser, facial fillers, and facial waxing/threading
Products that contain high percentages of AHA and BHA (Glycolic Acid, Salicylic Acid above 10%) and all retinoids that are not part of the Osmosis Beauty or PCA Skin’s daily skincare ranges should be avoided 3 days before treatment
Please consult with your clinician before discontinuing prescription medications. It is recommended that you temporarily discontinue the use of Retin-A, Renova, Differin, EpiDuo for a week before treatment
Make note of any skincare products you use at home, so your aesthetician has the information she needs to treat your skin in the best way possible
Make note of any medications, medical conditions, and past skin conditions so your aesthetician can choose products that won’t interact
Be prepared to discuss your top skin concerns and your long-term skin goals. Your aesthetician will help you with specific treatments - The experience content, equipment used and restrictions may vary
Availability
Your voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Please book and take your experience before the expiry date.
The experience is availaible 09.00 to 21.00, 7 days a week, subject to availability.
We recommend you book at least 2 weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available. All bookings are subject to availability.
Please allow 1 hour 10 minutes for the full experience.
What about insurance?
The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.
