What happens on the day?
You’ll make your booking in advance for either lunch or dinner at one of 14 Brasserie Blanc venues, including four in London.
On arrival you’ll be warmly welcomed and shown to your table. Brasserie Blanc have hand selected a wonderful set menu for each of their Virgin Experience Days guests to dine from. Dishes can be ordered on arrival and are based on the latest seasonal offerings.Take your time making your selection of three courses from the set menu that features at least three choices for each course, and enjoy a 125ml glass of house wine, half a pint of lager, or soft drink as you dine.

Availability
Your voucher is valid for nine months from the date of issue, kindly note that you must have booked and taken your experience before the expiry date.
The meal can be booked seven days a week (except Threadneedle Street and Chancery Lane which are only available Monday to Friday) January to November. Your voucher is not valid for booking in December. Date restrictions may apply.
Monday to Friday (12.00 to 14.45 and 17.00 to 22.30)
Saturday (12.00 to 23.00)
Sunday (12.00 to 21.00)
Please note: at Threadneedle Street and Chancery Lane, restaurant bookings can only be made from 14.30 to close.
We recommend you book at least four weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available. All bookings are subject to availability.
Please allow approximately 2 hours for the whole experience.
What about insurance?
The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.

I purchased this experience as a gift and the dinner did not disappointment. It was a lovely evening with delicious food, customer services and décor. I highly recommend this place. Just be mindful when booking this experience that the wine included is a house white or red wine and you have to make an additional payment for other wine selections.
