What happens on the day?
You’ll both be welcomed on arrival at Prince Akatoki’s TOKii with a cup of green tea. Your expert tutor will take you through an introduction to sushi, before you put your skills to the test, each creating a range of sushi, nigiri and a handroll to finish.
Dine on your finished dishes with miso soup and a glass of sparkling sake each, before heading home full of newfound skills to put to use in your own kitchen.

I bought this for my GF as a gift and she was over the moon. Really enjoyable, relaxing experience with a top-class sushi chef instructor. The sparkling sake and tea served during the experience were a nice treat. Learning how to roll sushi is a lot of fun and the quality of the fish was top notch. We had so much to eat and so much to bring home. Would highly recommend it.
“An afternoon of non-stop sushi”
I surprised my partner who is interested in learning how to make Sushi. This was an enjoyable experience overall. You will learn the basic such as how much water to use to make sushi rice through to the details of making sushi, adding filling etc. Tokii has a nice, high-end, intimate ambience and I would recommend this experience for anyone looking for a personal, intimate experience.
