About this experience
Learn how to make professional quality sushi in the stylish setting of Buddha-Bar Restaurant London, known for its delicious Pan Asian cuisine. You will have the opportunity to don your aprons and learn how to prepare tasty nigiri & maki, accompanied by hot and cold sakes.
The Sushi masterclass session will be led by one of the head sushi chefs. They will be passing on their passion for the art and history of sushi and guiding you through preparing your own creations of nigiri and maki. This will be followed by a Sake Masterclass and tasting led by the top sommelier. You’ll be in the very best hands.

“Great experience all round ”
We booked this as a 40th gift for our friend, 5 of us attended. Very informative sommelier and chef, chef especially was amazing - prepared some lovely sushi and taught us how to make it as well. Excellent value for money as we had plenty to eat and drink by the time we left. Brilliant service from the waiting staff as well. Would definitely recommend.

What happens on the day?
On arrival you'll don your apron for a 1 hour sushi masterclass session led by one of Buddha-Bar’s head sushi chefs. You’ll be given expert tuition in the art, history and hands-on making of sushi followed by a Sake Masterclass and tasting led by the Buddha Bar’s top sommelier.

Availability
Your voucher is valid for nine months from the date of issue, kindly note that you must have booked and taken your experience before the expiry date.
This experience must be pre-booked and is available on selected Saturdays January to November inclusive. Date restrictions may apply.
We recommend you book at least four weeks in advance to ensure a date is available. All bookings are subject to availability.
Please allow approximately 2 hours for the whole experience.
What about insurance?
The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.

What an incredible experience! I bought this for a Christmas gift in 2019 for my partner. Well worth the wait, probably one of the best food experiences we’ve been to. Lovely glass of champagne on arrival, a sake tasting session and then a sushi masterclass by the top sushi chef, where we also got to make our own as well as learn and watch from the master himself. Wonderful!
