Snowdonia Photography Day
What a great day out exploring and photographing the beautiful Snowdonia mountains. Peter's enthusiasm, experience and coaching has taken my skills with a camera to another level. His knowledge of the local area was a distinct advantage with the lighting conditions. which at times were challenging. I would recommend this photography experience to both beginners and the more advanced and would seriously consider booking again.

Excellent Day
I spent a day with Peter exploring both Snowdonia and my camera. From start to finish, the experience was an absolute pleasure. As soon as Peter picked me up from our hotel in Beddgelert and we rushed off to catch the misty light at a nearby lake, I knew I was going to get a lot from the day. I was not mistaken. Peter is a highly experienced professional photographer who was nevertheless able to talk to a novice like me in terms I understood. Highly, highly recommended.

Snowdonia Photography Day
Had a brilliant day in Snowdonia with my daughter and Peter from Minffordd Photography. A very practical workshop with several locations visited in this beautiful area with stunning landscapes. We found the experience a great blend of walking outdoors, good company and learning how to create a good photo. This has definitely inspired us both to use our cameras more often. Highly recommend.

A fun day
I would recommend this day out for anyone who is struggling with their camera, and the controls! Peter has a wealth of knowledge and was very willing to answer questions. I came away feeling enthused and had a much better understanding of the camera.

I’d wholeheartedly recommend this course.
I went on the Snowdonia photography experience on the 12th July 2019. It was not the best weather for photography - misty, very dull and occasionally rainy - but Peter really helped me to get the best out of the day. He had researched the features of my camera beforehand, which proved invaluable as I was a complete novice and hadn’t got a clue what I was doing with it! We went through some theory whilst waiting for the rain to stop, which Peter explained very clearly. Armed with my new knowledge, we went out to two different locations. Peter was very good at asking questions as well as making suggestions and I ended up with some photos I was really pleased with, despite the weather not being on our side. Peter is very knowledgeable and easy to talk to and the day went in a flash. I’d wholeheartedly recommend this course.

A super day out and a great learning experience.
From the moment we met Peter I knew it was going to be a good day. He was very friendly and warm. He explained the format of the day and we got going immediately. We traveled to 4 sites and took many photographs at each with Peter coaching us on composition, exposure and how to set up the camera for the best results. It was a long but rewarding day and even the weather was kind to us. I took some great photographs but more importantly I am now equipped to take lots more.
