Silverstone’s come screaming back onto the supercar driving experience circuit, and now you can get behind the wheel of a sleek Ferrari F430 Coupe out on the UK’s only Formula 1 track.

With a 4 litre V8 engine, 400bhp and an acceleration that’ll take your breath away, there are few better cars to take around Silverstone than a Ferrari F430 Coupe. You’ll have plenty of time to get used to the track, so by the end you’ll feel like a pro as you hit top gear and fly past the pits, stands, Grand Prix starting grids and the iconic Silverstone Wing.

You’ll be taught by an ARDS-licensed instructor, just like the racing professionals, who’ll teach you how to take Silverstone’s fast and famous corners such as Stowe, Vale and Abbey. The track might be 15m wide, but if you’re going to maintain top speed round Stowe corner you’ll need an ARDS instructor to hit those racing lines perfectly.

What happens on the day?

On arrival at Silverstone you’ll receive a detailed safety briefing and have the chance to familiarise yourself with the track before jumping into a car with an ARDS-licensed instructor for a demonstration lap to see all of the turns first hand. Then it’s your turn, switching to the driving seat for your first session taking a Ferrari F430 Coupe round part of Silverstone’s famous circuit.

After a short break you’ll have the chance to try to improve your previous lap times and seek out every perfect racing line, and at the end of the day you’ll take part in a group debrief and individual driving assessment.

Minimum age: 21
Maximum age: 70
Minimum height: 5ft 2in

Maximum weight: 18 stone
Participants need to have held a full manual driving licence for at least three years, kindly note your licence must be presented on the day
Kindly note, if you are deemed under the influence of alcohol or drugs on the day you will not be able to participate in this experience
Participants must be physically fit. Driving experiences are not suitable for those that are pregnant or suffer from epilepsy, high blood pressure or heart problems
Spectators are welcome - Children must be supervised at all times
No animals (other than pre-confirmed assistance dogs) are allowed on site

The centres contracted with us hold public indemnity liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover.
Some driving operators require customers to complete an Indemnity/Damage waiver form on the day of the experience. This may state that the driver will be liable for a fixed amount of costs should they damage the vehicle whilst driving. Most of these suppliers are able to provide Indemnity/Damage Waiver at a small additional fee (usually £20) payable on site. The purchase of this is optional and is in addition to the Public Liability Insurance held by all venues. The full details of any indemnity or damage waiver will be provided by the activity operator. We are unable to advise or comment on the content or suitability of these products.

We recommend you book at least four weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available. All bookings are subject to availability.

Please allow approximately 2 hours at the venue, the actual time spent in the cars depends on speed and individual ability.
