Nestled in the heart of Northumberland, you’ll take off from Athey’s Moor airfield embarking on a 3 hour cross country flight to another airfield in the Lake District and back. You’ll soak up idyllic beaches and century old castles in the East and the majestic Cheviot Hills to the Northwest.
Along the way, enjoy a unique view of Hadrian’s Wall and the Lake District, before heading back to Athey’s Moor airfield. As part of this package, you’ll be able to tuck into a selection of tea and cakes or a small picnic at the other airfield.

What happens on the day?
On arrival at Athey’s Moor Airfield, you will be warmly welcomed and receive a short briefing, before taking your seat ready for your flight.
Your 3 hour flying adventure will see you take in the sights of some of the most fantastic views of the countryside, including Hadrian’s Wall and the Lake District, as you head to another airfield where you'll enjoy a selection of tea and cakes or a small picnic, before returning back to Athey’s Moor Airfield.
