With this seven-course menu, you and your guest will be able to taste an array of the finest La Chapelle has to offer. What happens on the day?

Upon arrival at La Chapelle restaurant, you’ll be greeted by a member of the team and shown through to your pre-booked table.

Once seated and settled, you’ll be presented with the day’s Seven Course Menu Gourmand, the restaurant’s ever-changing seasonal tasting menu.

As part of your special experience, you’ll take home a copy of Galvin: a Cookbook de Luxe, brothers Chris and Jeff Galvin’s award-winning French cookbook.

Availability

Your voucher is valid to book for lunch or dinner, January to November. Exclusions including 14 to 16 February, Mothers Day, Fathers Day and all of December will apply.

Lunch -
Monday to Sunday: 12.00 to 14.00

Dinner -
Sunday to Wednesday: 18.00 to 21.00
Thursday to Saturday: 21.00 to 21.30

We recommend you book at least four weeks in advance to ensure dates are available. All bookings are subject to availability.

Vouchers are not valid on special dates and events.
You cannot use your voucher in conjunction with any other offer or promotions.
Please note a maximum of 3 vouchers (6 guests) per booking.

Please allow 2 hours 30 minutes to 3 hours to enjoy your meal.

What about insurance?

The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.

Would recommend this for anyone who wants to do a tasting menu. The food was divine, the service was impeccable and the atmosphere/restaurant was delightful. There isn’t anything I could fault!

Special dining

Outstanding!

Everything was perfect. We had a lovely welcome, drinks at the bar and were then showed to our table. The quality of the food was amazing, the flavours sublime and beautifully paired with the wines. The staff were very attentive and looked after us very well. We asked for a tour of the fabulous building and took a look next door in the pub. We were then introduced to Jeff Galvin and had a lovely chat with him. He then presented us with a signed recipe book. It was an outstanding evening!

Fantastic Food and atmosphere

A wonderful restaurant, attentive and friendly staff and quite simply fantastic food. For a Tuesday evening the restaurant was full and has a real "vibe" and atmosphere. I cannot recommend enough.

Nice food and atmosphere

We enjoyed the tasting menu and the atmosphere was nice. Our table position wasn’t great, right behind the waiter station - not sure if that was because we were using a virgin voucher. The drinks prices and “suggested” tip of 13.5% were typical of a Michelin star restaurant I suppose

A nice experience

We were very well taken care of from the moment we walked through the doors into the beautiful chapel. I have fined at the other Galvin restaurants throughout London and my partner and I are great Michelin star fans. The food was good and though it was a shame we didn’t have the greatest selection of breads or any amuse bouche between courses as in other Michelin star restaurants , the wine pairing was certainly the highlight. Sadly they didn’t give my partner the book as promised.

Very nice evening

Great venue, good food, service could have been a bit better though considering it was a Michelin starred restaurant. They were slow to seat us then slow to bring the menus and slow for the sommelier to take our wine order, although she was very good. All in all it was a very nice evening but I would have been disappointed if I hadn't had the virgin voucher to cover the cost of the food.

Lovely food but a negligent service

The food was fantastic, but the menu gourmand took around 4 hours to have the experience, despite being advertised as two hours so it was mis-sold. Each course was beautifully plated and the venue is stunning. The service was okay, despite paying for the experience the staff still attempted to charge me for the menu, which was a bit embarrassing. I also got home and realised I had never been given he cookbook either. I would recommend choosing another Michelin star experience not at La Chapelle.

Average food, snooty staff

We have been lucky enough to go to a Michelin star restaurant every month for the last year and a half. The starter came out and was amazing! So high expectations...then from there it was very downhill there was no flavour or seasoning, really average food, until pudding which again was amazing! The staff were very snooty. It was a very hot day and limited to what we could wear but as the rest of the guests were in suits they obviously thought less of us. Save your money and go to L’Orlptan!
