What happens on the day?
Upon arrival to the Melt HQ in Notting Hill, you’ll be warmly welcomed by the expert chocolatiers. You’ll blend your own hazelnut praline filling, crystallize the frame, cut salted squares by hand, temper and decorate your own chocolate. You’ll be provided with all the equipment for the day and take home your own box of personal pralines to take home and show your friends and family.

- Access to the class is via three steps down into the kitchen

Availability

The experience is available Wednesdays and Fridays throughout the year. Exclusions may apply.
We recommend you book at least four weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available. All bookings are subject to availability.

The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.
