Throughout the class, you’ll go on an informative chocolate tasting experience, trying out some of the best chocolates in the world to compare flavours based on origin and percentage. What happens on the day?
Upon arrival to the Melt HQ in Notting Hill, you’ll be warmly welcomed by the expert chocolatiers. You’ll blend your own hazelnut praline filling, crystallize the frame, cut salted squares by hand, temper and decorate your own chocolate. You’ll be provided with all the equipment for the day and take home your own box of personal pralines to take home and show your friends and family.
