Experience an afternoon of Pure Heaven at the Sanook Spa, located in Great Marlborough Street. The elegant spa offers a place to escape from the busy streets within the heart of London. As part of this experience you and a lucky friend or partner will enjoy a delicious afternoon tea complete with freshly made finger sandwiches, homemade sweet treats and a selection of teas and herbal infusions in the Sohowala restaurant opposite Carnaby Street.
After you have indulged in a scrumptious collection of yummy delights you will make your way to the spa where you will enjoy your 60 minute treatment. You will choose from either a tailor-made facial, customised for your skin type, or a massage of your choice to help relieve your stresses and strains. You are invited to use the swimming pool and sauna for one hour after your treatment, so you can relax and unwind in the peaceful environment before heading back into the real world having experienced a slice of Pure Heaven.

What happens on the day?
You will be asked to arrive at the hotel in the early afternoon and enjoy a scrumptious Afternoon Tea in the Sohowala restaurant opposite Carnaby Street. Tea will include a selection of sweet and savoury treats with a selection of teas and herbal infusions.
You will then make your way down to Sanook Spa, where you will be greeted by your therapist and shown to the treatment room. Enjoy a choice of either a tailor made 60 minute facial, or a 60 minute massage of your choice. If you would like longer to relax and enjoy the experience you are welcome to use the facilities including the swimming pool and sauna after your treatments.
Participant guidelines
- Minimum age: 16 (under 18’s must be accompanied by a full paying adult)
- Please advise the centre when booking if you have any medical conditions to ensure that this experience is suitable for you
- Some treatments may not be suitable during pregnancy
- The experience content, equipment used and restrictions may vary
Availability
This experience is available seven days a week, 10.00 to 19.00. The experience will be limited around Christmas and New Year periods.
We recommend you book at least four weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available. This is only a guideline and we advise you to book as early as possible to ensure that dates are available before the expiry date listed on your voucher. All bookings are subject to availability.
You should allow approximately 4 hours in total including approximately 1 hour for your treatment. You are welcome to use the sauna and swimming pool for an hour before or after your treatment time.
What about insurance?
The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.

Birthday treat
Took my sister Nicola to celebrate her birthday. The afternoon tea, Champagne, the sauna and swimming spectular and the facial massage with various face treament outstanding and full body massage was out of this world, the best experience for both myself and sister. we both shall be coming back again.. Thank you (Bambee and Melissa) probably spelled the names wrong. Excel treatment from you both. thank you .xxx

Much needed and much care taken
Having read prior reviews, I was worried. Within seconds, my worries were washed away. The staff, lovely. The afternoon tea, awesome and the spa treatments, much needed for my partner and I. The works did amazing work and we both feel incredible. Kudos

Great massage
Went to the sanook spa, the spa itself is very small. No jacuzzi which was disappointing. The massage and staff were amazing though. Afternoon tea was very nice!

Wonderful massage
My fiancé and I had Pure Heaven at Sanook Spa with Treatment and Afternoon Tea for Two. The massage and facial (they allowed us to do half an half) were absolutely exceptional. The spa facilities weren’t the best but treatments made up for it. A tasty afternoon tea too. Great day out.

Very Enjoyable
I took myself and my wife to the Sanook Spa for the pure heaven experience. Although the hotel itself was not up to much the actual spa treatments, we both had a massage, were superb. We started off with a light lunch, nothing special but ok, and then headed down to the spa area where we could use the facilities for an hour before our treatments. The pool was ok and the sanarium clean. The two ladies who performed the massages were polite and attentive and we both came out feeling good

It was nice, but not 5 star
The massage itself was good, but the facilities were not so nice, with noticeable dirt in the pool, mould in the shower and both the male and female showers were faulty. The afternoon tea was nice, but again didnt quite feel like a 5 star hotel experience.

WOSRST SPA DAY OF MY LIFE
The spa looks like 2* and the showers didn't work. My treatment was cut 40minutes because I arrived a few minutes late, they refused to book me for a later slot or refund my money. They claimed to have been fully booked but after my treatment the spa was completely empty and they lied about being too busy to provide me the £100 1hour treatment I payed for, when I confronted them they were very dismissive and aggressive.
