About this experience
This is an ultimate test of partnership - rapid running. You must work together in order to conquer this wild water experience. If you're looking for all out fun, then give rapid running a go. Perfect for both beginners, with a training session and expert guidance given, and more advanced paddlers looking for a fun challenge.
You'll be taught all you need to know before embarking on your white water adventure, as these inflatable rafts will only hold two people; you won’t have the security of a guide - it’s all up to you. As the water comes crashing in you and your friend will need to work as a team to keep control of the raft. All equipment will be provided including helmets, wet suits and life jackets. Experience the thrills and spills of this incredible experience on natural white water.

What happens on the day?
The two of you will arrive, get yourselves into a wetsuit and geared up for your adventure.
The expert guide will teach you both all you need to know about paddling your way down the white water course during a training session in the calm pools above the rapids, and then it's straight into the action of your first wet and wild run down the course. You will face steep drops, tight turns and masses of white water together… what better way to bond?

Participant guidelines
- Minimum age: 18
- Maximum weight: 15 stone per person
- Participants need to be able to swim and be water confident. As with all watersports, minor cuts & abrasions must be covered with a waterproof plaster
- Spectators are welcome and cameras are essential
- The experience content, equipment used and restrictions may vary
Availability
This experience is available on selected days of the week, subject to availability.
We recommend you book at least four weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available. All bookings are subject to availability.
Please allow approximately 3 hours 30 minutes for the whole experience.
What about insurance?
The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.
