One Night London Break with Italian and Pasta Masterclass at Ann's Smart School of Cookery for Two

On arrival at the Corner hotel, you’ll be warmly welcomed by the friendly staff, who’ll direct you to your Snug or Comfy room. From there, the time’s yours to enjoy as you wish, whether that’s kicking back in your room, relaxing in the hotel’s stylish bar and lounge areas, or exploring the vibrant surroundings on your doorstep. In the morning, tuck into a Breakfast Buffet of Champions, brimming with delicious pastries, savouries, daily-changing frittatas and more, all alongside fresh juices and proper coffee

Arriving at Ann’s Smart School of Cookery, get to grips with making a variety of Italian dishes including focaccia bread, spinach and ricotta cannelloni and asparagus risotto. Along the way, learn expert tips and tricks to make life easier and more flavourful.

• The supplier regrets that a nut-free cooking environment cannot be guaranteed in all situations
• Please advise of any allergies at the time of booking. A list of allergens is provided on the booking form. Therefore, it is essential that you make the supplier aware at the time of booking, so that you can be catered for. Last minute notifications may not be possible 
• You will be asked to ensure you wash your hands prior to preparing food. Gloves are provided if handling poultry. Please note on the booking form if you have any latex allergies
• Please note: vouchers cannot be used for private hen/stag or any other private event
• Spectators are not permitted
• There will be a maximum of 16 participants in each group and you will work in small groups throughout the event to prepare, cook and serve the menu

One Night Break 

Your one night break is available seven days a week throughout the year. Exclusions may apply.

We recommend you book at least four weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available. All bookings are subject to availability.

Check-in from 15.00 and check out by 11.00 the next day.

Italian and Pasta Masterclass

This experience is available on selected dates throughout the year.

There will be a maximum of 16 participants in each group and you will work in small groups throughout the event to prepare, cook and serve the menu.

Timetables are published eight weeks in advance. Therefore, we recommend you book at least eight weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available. All bookings are subject to availability.

You should allow approximately 2 hours for the whole experience. Be sure to allow time for travel between locations.

The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.
