If you’ve ever seen the glorious food coming from the Belmond Le Manoir kitchens of Raymond Blanc on television and wished you could be there smelling and savouring then here is your chance! With a One Day Course at Raymond Blanc’s Cookery School at Belmond Le Manoir, Raymond’s Head tutor Mark Peregrine passes on amazing new skills which will make you the culinary star. Choose from a range of workshops from Bread-making to Sauces for Courses and Learn to Cook in a Day for novices.
Mark has over 30 years’ experience and his passion for honouring fantastic food with effective technique is infectious. Your course will take place in the luxurious surroundings of the hotel Belmond Le Manoir aux Quat'Saison, where you can enjoy the beautiful setting and tuck into a delicious meal with your fellow chefs at lunchtime.

This was a, very delayed due to covid, Christmaa gift from my husband which I had been looking forward to for such a long time. The wait was totally worth it! As you might expect from Le Manoir this day was of the highest standard. Mark and Becca were professional, knowledgeable, patient and kind and made my day outstanding. I learnt such a lot and had a wonderful time doing so. I cannot recommend this to you highly enough.

What happens on the day?
You will need to arrive at the beautiful Belmond Le Manoir by 08.45 to check in for your class which will start at 09.00. You will be taught by experienced and talented chefs during your 6 hour course. Throughout the day you'll gain an abundance of knowledge and skills in your chosen course, whether it is desserts, patisserie or nutrition.
At lunchtime you will be invited to sit down with your fellow chefs and enjoy a delicious lunch in the stunning hotel. Your class will end around 16.30-16.45 and you will leave with a course certificate.

Availability
This experience is available on selected dates Monday to Friday throughout the year.
We recommend you book at least four weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available. All bookings are subject to availability.
Please allow up to 8 hours in total with 6 hours' tuition.
What about insurance?
The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.

I have been to a few cookery lessons but this was just exceptional.The lesson was delivered by Becca to a small group of 6, it was so informative and fun.Everything was beautifully organised and whilst we cooked 6 desserts, we were treated to a fantastic lunch as well as a walk around the grounds and in particular their outstanding organic garden! I got to go back home with two gorgeous cakes. I can't think of a better present for someone who loves cooking. The memory will stay with you forever!
