What happens on the day?
On arrival at the 5* Athenaeum Hotel you’ll receive a warm welcome and be shown to the spa, where you will be granted use of the facilities for an hour, which includes a sauna, jacuzzi and hot tub. You will then be able to enjoy an array of treatments of your choice for the next hour, whether it be a rejuvenating back massage, facial, body scrub or body wrap. You will then take your seats for a delicious Cream Tea in the beautiful surroundings of the Athenaeum Hotel.
This experience will allow you and a friend to be treated to 5* service and stunning facilities all in the heart of the capital.

Availability
Your voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Please be sure to book and use your voucher before the date printed.
This experience is available Monday to Thursday with cream tea served from 12.00. Date restrictions may apply.
We recommend you book at least four weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available. All bookings are subject to availability.
Please allow 3 hours for for the full experience.
Please ensure you arrive 15 minutes prior to booked time, late arrivals will result in reduced treatment times.
What about insurance?
The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.

“Hidden costs”
Really poor value for money. The massage was good, but I wasn't able to book a desirable time, and then they changed my booking to an hour earlier, after I had booked! No pool or spa facilities for pregnant women, so wasn't able to use that at all. The afternoon tea was literally 2 scones and one drink, terrible, the worst afternoon tea I have ever had and then they had the cheek to charge me £5 for a bottle of water. I want a full refund tbh.
