London Street Art Photography Tour for Two
- Flexible Booking
- Instant Delivery
- Free Exchanges
Overview
Take a tour of the streets and street art of London, following an expert guide through the early afternoon as they take you both into East London for a course on photographic creativity.
You’ll start off from Old Street Underground Station, heading into the arty world of East London where practically any surface can be a canvas of one kind or another. You’ll hear about some of the artists that are active in the area while being taught how to get the most out of your chosen cameras to capture every bit of light or colour you want to show off.
From smaller tags to larger pieces and murals, there’s a surprising world of art and complexity to the street art scene. Not all of it might be to your taste, but subjectivity is what art’s all about. Whatever help you both need to get your pictures looking their best, your guide is there to help! You’ll also receive a Banksy Street Art Book as a souvenir.

and begin the tour. The concourse is the main hub in the centre of the station that connects the underground to the subway exits. The meeting point is around Lennies Bagel Shop.
There'll be a short briefing to determine everyone’s individual skill levels – if you need help, just ask and the guide will be happy to oblige.
Any digital camera is welcome, a 50mm lens advised to take in some of the bigger pieces, but whatever you have on hand will be fine. You’ll wind from Old Street though Shoreditch and Hoxton to end at Brick Lane after a roughly 2 hour walking, talking and pic snapping tour. It’s an all-weather walk, so dress appropriately!

Steve was fantastic
Steve was so knowledgable and you could tell he had such a passion for the art with his extensive facts and snippets of information you won’t find in Google! He spoke to the right people to get us in private land to see some art and let me spray paint my own Banksy stencil on a canvas he brought as it was my birthday! I left with the biggest smile on my face and lots of knowledge and love for street art. Would highly recommend to anyone. Get far more from the area with Steve than on your own.

Excellent Guided walking tour
two hours of walking photographing London’s street art. Fantastic experience and great value for money. Steve bell knows the area very well and tells some great stories about the artists and their art. It was great to be shown the artworks which you might otherwise not notice if you are walking past. I would thoroughly recommend this tour.

Fantastic Afternoon
A very enjoyable tour. Steve is very knowledge and despite never being too interested in art generally found it really good to learn about the culture and people involved in the street art scene. Would recommend to anyone.

A brilliant afternoon
What a great experience! My partner purchased this as a Christmas gift for me last year & we just got around to finally booking it - it turns out we booked onto the last available tour of the year, I'm so glad we didn't miss out! It was fantastic! An afternoon of exploring incredible London street art of many different styles. We both took photos on our smartphones so there wasn't much adjusting to do, but the knowledgeable & friendly guide was on hand to help out with any questions at all

Great Day, despite the rain
Gifted by my daughter, and accompanied by my son-in-law, this experience was much better than I ever expected. Steve, the tour guide, was a fountain of knowledge which added to the delight in seeing the artwork on display. He knew the history of the artists, the area and the artwork. I'll never look at graffiti in the same way again. There are some amazing artists out there waiting to be seen.

Fantastic experience!
Such an interesting experience. Steve, our guide, had great knowledge of all the artists and different types of street art. Thoroughly enjoyed the whole thing, and great value for money. Only slight criticism would be that there's so much to see, there's not much time to take photos!

Really informative and inspiring tour
My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our London Street Art tour with Steve from Digital Denizens last Sunday. Amazing array of street artists from Banksy and Thierry Noir. Beautiful art and a great narrative from Steve as we walked around the tour route, providing a really interesting historical back drop to the work of the artists and the wider genre. Steve’s knowledge of photography and composition was also very helpful. Thank you Steve!

Excellent, maybe a mic and some photography tips.
The trip was excellent and you certainly do get to see some graffiti, however, at times not all of the group had caught up and not everyone could hear what was being said and Steve does have some fantastic knowledge and stories to tell. Perhaps a small microphone might be useful? Also as it is advertised as a Photography tour and in the description there is mention of tips etc regarding the photography but none were given. Perhaps add just a few phone camera or generic camera tips?

poor.
Just an expensive walking tour, no photography involved. Titled a photography tour which is very misleading. Nothing we couldn't have done ourselves. Book given to us at the end whilst interesting was second hand.
