Hydrospeeding Experience at Lee Valley White Water Centre
About this experience
Get ready to discover hydrospeeding, a cross between a float and bodyboard, with this exhilarating experience.
Taking place at a London 2012 legacy venue which hosted Olympic canoe slalom events, you’ll navigate the grade 2-3 rapids on the smaller legacy loop. Kitted up in a wetsuit, boots, helmet and a buoyancy aid, you’ll meet your instructor who will give you a safety briefing before running through some basic skills. You’ll undertake a short activity assessment, so you know what to do in the rapids.
You’ll be given coaching and tips as you hydrospeed down the rapids on multiple runs. A real thrill for all adventurers.
