“Brilliant Indian Cookery Course!”
I'm quite a keen cook myself so was wondering what I might get out of this course, but I learned a lot about the actual properties of the ingredients I used as well as improving some basic cooking techniques, making some lovely food and bringing back the recipes to make them in the future. The tutor was very knowledgeable and approachable and the course took place in her own lovely kitchen. I have now signed up for the advanced course too!
