A Half Day Course at Raymond Blanc’s Cookery School is the perfect way to seriously lift your culinary expertise up a notch or two in truly superb surroundings. Quite simply, this is foodie heaven!
The intensive 3 hour course designed by Head Tutor Mark Peregrine, a talented chef of over 30 years’ experience with a passion for passing on his skills to students. Under his expert guidance or under the tutelage of one of his team, you’ll create a three-course meal using fantastic fresh, seasonal ingredients.
Courses are suitable for all levels, so whether you’re a seasoned cook or a complete novice, you will find this a really worthwhile experience. You will receive light refreshments of tea and coffee either in the morning or afternoon, depending on which class you take.

What happens on the day?
You will need to arrive at the beautiful Belmond Le Manoir by 09.15 for a 09.30 start, if you have chosen a morning class, or 13.45 for a 14.00 start, if you are taking part in an afternoon class. You will also receive light refreshments of tea and coffee.
You will be taught by an experienced and talented chef during your 3 hour course. Throughout the course you will gain knowledge and skills that you can take back to your own kitchen to impress your friends and family.

Availability
This experience is available on selected dates Monday to Friday throughout the year.
We recommend you book at least four weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available. All bookings are subject to availability.
Please allow approximately 3 hours 30 minutes for the whole experience.
What about insurance?
The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.
