You’ll get to sample three premium gins before getting behind the bar to try your hand at creating your own bespoke cocktail, made exactly as you like it! What happens on the day?
The two of you will head over to MAP Maison, where you can take in the bar’s stunning 1920s styled décor as you enjoy the pre-booked cocktail reception and light nibbles.
From there, you’ll be taken through gin’s fascinating history by one of MAP Maison’s expert and devoted mixologists, and get to sample three distinct premium gins. To top things off, come behind the bar to create your own cocktail. Finish off by receiving a third cocktail each for take away from MAP Lab’s bottled cocktail range.

The experience is available Tuesday to Sunday from 13.00 to 16.00. Excluded dates may apply.
We recommend you book at least four weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available. All bookings are subject to availability.
Please allow 1 hour 30 minutes to 2 hours for the full experience.
What about insurance?
The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.

Excellent evening in London
If you're looking for a relaxing evening with a plus one, have an interest in cocktails and fancy a few samples while you learn about the history and diversity of Gin, this experience is the one for you! The tube station is not far from here nor is a bus stop, very easy to get to

Great gin masterclass experience!
Was brought this voucher as a gift by my partner and we both had a fantastic time. Was made to feel welcome the moment we arrived at MAP Maison, such a lovely, laidback atmosphere. We were taught the history of gin and were given the opportunity to make our own cocktails. Would like to do something like this again in the future, I highly recommend.

Fantastic!!!
We attended the gin experience at MAP Maison as a group of 4, there were 8 people in total in the class. The place itself is fabulous, small but very cool. The staff were so welcoming & attentive & the guy hosting the class was so knowledgable. Great gins, great experience, great fun. Would highly recommend!!

Cool experience for Gin lovers!!

Better than I could have imaGINed
I had the gin tasting masterclass at Map Maison and would definitely recommend trying this experience. I got to make my own cocktail and learn about the vast history of gin, as well as trying different gins from across the world. The atmosphere, bar staff, location, and drinks were fantastic. I’ll definitely heading back to Map Maison very soon.

Map Maison Gin Masterclass
Very relaxed and informative class with the Map Maison crew. Really enjoyed sampling the various Gins and the Gin cocktails, particularly Gin and Prosecco - what an eye opener! Lovely food too. Map Maison is a little oasis in the area!

Gin Masterclass at MAP Maison
We were bought this voucher as a gift. MAP Maison is a fantastic little bar, very quirky and the staff are extremely attentive. You are greeted with a glass of Prosecco with nibbles. The story of gin is then explained and at various stages you sample taste three different types of gin. You are then given a gin cocktail to try (one each per person). After which you can make or can watch being made your own gin cocktail from a menu. We had an excellent time and would recommend this experience!

Amazing Cocktails!

GIN AND FUN
I took my boyfriend here for his birthday. The atmosphere was amazing. I also think they gave generous amounts of alcohol and the making of your own drink behind the Map Maison bar really added to the fun experience. Please note that you do not get any nibbles which was a little disappointing. All in all we had a fantastic time. This place is definitely a diamond in the rough. I would highly recommend it.

Great experience
This was a great experience, informative, lots of gin and the chance to make a cocktail. Host was good. The location wasn't as central as we would have liked but was a short bus ride from Liverpool Street. Our only slight negative was the venue, whilst it was beautiful, it was very small and we felt cramped before and during the experience. You are squeezed in on bar stools at the bar-I would recommend they limit the number of ppl to 6 max to make it more comfortable as we couldn't move an inch!

Great afternoon
This was a really nice way to spend the afternoon. Learnt a bit about the history of gin, tasted a few different brands and had the chance to get behind the bar and mix! The bar itself is very cool and quirky, we stayed after the class for an extra cocktail - they were all delicious!

Fun afternoon treat
The bar is lovely and you get quite a few drinks included with the ticket. Sitting at the bar itself is not the comfiest place in the world, and the history of gin was pretty lengthy. It would perhaps be better if there were an intro and then you could be left to your own devices.
