“Very enjoyable experience”
From the moment we arrived until leaving several hours later we were all made to feel involved and part of a group. Those who needed more attention were given the Chef’s time and he answered all questioned when fire at him. The variety of food prepared and eaten was lovely. For someone who doesn’t enjoy cooking I finished the day feeling inspired and enthusiastic to try the recipes at home. I would like to thank Paddy for his advice and patience. I would certainly be tempted to do another course
“I can finally make gyoza!”
Such a fabulous day at The School of Wok! We had a full on agenda and menu but amazingly we had time to cook and eat all of it. You work in pairs so make sure you’re comfortable with that idea or book with a friend! Be warned: you’ll really want one of their knives afterwards (yes, you can buy them!) I’m delighted because after years of wanting to learn, I finally know how to make gyoza at home! Plus I can make a mean katsu curry, too.
