Beginning with a tailored consultation each, your therapist will create a bespoke facial each to suit your individual skin’s needs. Unwind and let the tension melt away as the therapist cleanses, exfoliates, applies a face mask and massages your face and scalp to help your skin feel truly radiant and you feel totally relaxed.
As part of this experience, the two of you will also enjoy 60 minutes post treatment relaxation time in the Deep Relax room, courtyard or tepidarium complete with hot stone beds. You’ll both leave feeling soft, smoothed and nourished – the perfect way to round some pamper quality time.

What happens on the day?
Arriving 10 minutes before your allotted treatment time at Dolphin Square, you’ll both be warmly welcomed by the staff. You’ll be taken to a treatment room by a fully qualified therapist, who’ll give you a full consultation each to better understand your individual skins’ needs and create a bespoke facial for each of you accordingly. Then it’s time for the treatment, which will last 55 minutes and includes cleansing, exfoliating, a face mask and a massage of both your face and scalp. You’ll also enjoy 60 minutes post treatment relaxation time together in the Deep Relax room, courtyard or tepidarium complete with hot stone beds.
Participant guidelines
- Minimum age: 18
- Please mention any chronic medical conditions at the time of booking. These include pregnancy, allergies, high blood pressure, any physical ailments or disabilities. This will prepare the spa staff in advance to provide the best possible Spa treatment or therapy for you
- Use of the pool and fitness facilities are not included
- Massages are performed in individual treatment rooms, please enquire about couples’ room at the booking stage, additional charge applies
- The experience content, equipment used and restrictions may vary according to location
Availability
Your voucher is valid for 12 month from the date of purchase. Please ensure you book and use it before the date shown.
This experience must be pre-booked and is available Wednesday to Sunday, throughout the year. Date exclusions may apply.
We recommend you book at least four weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available. All bookings are subject to availability.
Please allow enough time for your treatment(s) and a maximum of 1 hour after your treatment.
What about insurance?
The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.
