This experience lasts around 55 minutes and during that time, you’ll be in a complete state of relaxation. Beginning with a tailored consultation, your therapist will create a bespoke facial to suit your skin’s needs. Unwind and let the tension melt away as the therapist cleanses, exfoliates, applies a face mask and massages your face and scalp to help your skin feel truly radiant and you feel totally relaxed.
As part of this experience, you’ll also enjoy 60 minutes post treatment relaxation time in the Deep Relax room, courtyard or tepidarium complete with hot stone beds. You’ll leave feeling soft, smoothed and nourished – the perfect way to round off some pamper time.

What happens on the day?
Arriving 10 minutes before your allotted treatment time at The Spa in Dolphin Square, you’ll be warmly welcomed by the staff. You’ll be taken to a treatment room by a fully qualified therapist, who’ll give you a full consultation to better understand your skin’s needs and create a bespoke facial accordingly. Then it’s time for the treatment, which will last 55 minutes and include cleansing, exfoliating, a face mask and a massage of both your face and scalp. You’ll also enjoy 60 minute post treatment relaxation time in the Deep Relax room, courtyard or tepidarium complete with hot stone beds.

- Minimum age: 18
- Please mention any chronic medical conditions at the time of booking. These include pregnancy, allergies, high blood pressure, any physical ailments or disabilities. This will prepare the spa staff in advance to provide the best possible Spa treatment or therapy for you
- Use of the pool and fitness facilities are not included

This experience must be pre-booked and is available Wednesday to Sunday, throughout the year. Date exclusions may apply.
We recommend you book at least four weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available. All bookings are subject to availability.
Please allow enough time for your treatment(s) and a maximum of 1 hour after your treatment.
What about insurance?
The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.
