Discover ‘The Bar of The Future’ and immerse yourselves in a drinking experience unlike any other at The Bletchley.
Once you’ve found the secret location, it’ll be up to you to crack codes in order to reach the personalised, mouth-watering cocktails awaiting you. Using WWII Enigma machines, protocols and Sherlock’s deduction principles, you’ll provide the mixologists with enough information to create a bespoke cocktail for you. No cocktail is ever served twice, so rest assured that yours is truly one of a kind. Expect multi-sensory, awe-inspiring drinks that put your regular drinks to shame!
The Bletchley’s located in the basement of Chelsea Funhouse, where you’ll also find dining concept Journey, full of tantalising flavours inspired by famous journeys of the world, as well as the Chelsea Black bar: the perfect spot for a post-mission espresso Martini.

What happens on the day?
Your immersive experience begins as you make your way to the secret entrance of the bar.
Once through, you’ll receive a welcome drink, before deciphering codes, using a WWII Enigma machine and more in order to receive your cocktails.
With the information they’ve gleaned, expert mixologists will create two bespoke cocktails pertaining to your smell and taste preferences. No cocktail recipe is ever repeated, so you’ll rest assured your multi-sensory, bespoke drinks are created just for you.
Participant guidelines
- Minimum age: 16 (All under 18s must have left the premises by 23.00)
- Under 18s will be served non-alcoholic cocktails
- The experience content, equipment used and restrictions may vary
Availability
The experience is available to book Wednesday to Sunday throughout the year, subject to availability.
The experience must be pre-booked.
Wednesday: 17.30 to 00.00
Thursday and Friday: 17.30 to 02.00
Saturday: 13.30 to 00.00
Sunday: 13.30 to 20.00
We recommend you book at least four weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available. All bookings are subject to availability.
Please allow 2 hours for the full experience.
What about insurance?
The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.

Amazing Experience
Me and my partner went on a Sunday afternoon and it was everything we could have hoped for. The setting was perfect and very authentic. The gentleman (I'm sorry I didn't catch his name) who talked us through everything was helpful, attentive and recognised when we needed a little guidance!! The cocktails were delicious and like something we had never tried before. I would thoroughly recommend this experience!!

Fab experience
From start to end the staff were completely in character and went out of their way to make the whole experience feel authentic Only critique would be Plastic partitions as Covid precautions do not stretch all the way to back of the both were you are face to face with other groups

A great experience

Amazing experience, brilliant staff
The experience itself was amazing - beautiful cocktails that were tailor made - I was sitting at he bar and every single drink I saw going out was completely different! The de-coding games were brilliant, difficult, interactive and fun. The staff were incredible, so so friendly, knowledgable, playful. I'd say that the staff actually made the experience for me, I didn't want to leave!

Cracking little place
Very unique experience that I would recommend to anyone. Good for couples or groups. It's similar to escape rooms in that you have to complete a set of tasks throughout the 1.75 hour slot, except you are rewarded with funky cocktails rather than your freedom. Good atmosphere, great aesthetic, friendly and helpful staff.

Fun Games and Cocktails
"A thoroughly delightful evening. We had lots of fun working through the challenges. The staff were great, friendly, helpful and seemed to be enjoying themselves as much as we were! The cocktails were amazing, we all enjoyed our personalised drinks. I would recommend The Bletchley experience to anyone looking for a different or special night out."

Incredible experience MUST DO
Wow what a fantastic experience, right from when you are arrive you are addressed as agents - you even get a uniform to put on! The staff were all really welcoming and happy to help. We got started on our mission and had great fun, we wished we had gone for the hardest challenge in the end though. Cocktails were really tasty and all made fresh and bespoke. Really fun and entertaining couldn't recommend enough!!

Fantastic evening with a difference
This was an extremely well thought out and executed evening. Staff were brilliant, enthusiastic and helped us to fully participate in the Bletchley Park experience. Hadn’t realised that we were getting 2 cocktails each plus a drink on arrival and a shot for completing our final exercise correctly. Were given jackets to wear on arrival which made it even more authentic. All in all a great evening. Would throughly recommend it especially fur anyone who loves Escape Rooms. We will go back

Unique and fun night out
I brought this for me and my boyfriend as we're both fans of alcohol and of puzzles/codes, and it was absolutely perfect! Really easy to book (and make changes to our booking), excellent location, staff were great (always on hand for help and always in character) and the cocktails were absolutely amazing too! there were a different difficulty levels so even if you want to chill and drink great cocktails in an amazing setting this is perfect!

Once of a kind!
We chose The Bletchley for our annyversary this year and we had so much fun! The bar above was closed so we were met by a secret back door into the dark, led down by stairs into the WWII and had our secret agent names into action. Every surface inside is covered in details and beautiful to the eye, the staff is amazing and you will want to take so many photos, you'll run out of space. Once of a kind experience!

Fantastic atmosphere!
The Bletchley has a great atmosphere, lovely people and fantastic cocktails. Highly recommend this place. The concept is very original, so if you are looking for a fun night out with good friends, this place tick all the boxes.

Failing to save the Bar one drink at a time
Had a lovely time at the Bletchley Bar. Once we'd got the hang of how things worked, the very clever taste decoding system conjured up a delicious cocktail specifically tailored to our particular tastes. Then all we had to do was defuse the bomb and save the bar.... Sorry Bletchley. So... it would be a great experience if it wasn't a crater now.

Fun in the bunker
Thought the concept and props were very good. The bunker was well thought out and laid out. Staff were welcoming, helpful and essential to the experience. It did feel a bit chaotic at times as we had to wait so long for HQ we got out of sync with our missions and drinks so no idea if we had what we should have . But enjoyed it all the same.

It was ok.....
Staff were friendly enough, setting was pretty cool too. Only had 1 drink (excluding welcome drink) for the whole time we were there but as no one explained how it all worked, no idea if that was it! Most expensive cocktail I’ve ever had in that case! Felt a bit disorganised & like we had been forgotten for the most part. That said, would go back & feel a group would be more fun.

Good fun
Everyone working there stays in character throughout - weird but great fun. We had a table at 6 - room to move around to get clues etc. However, if you book a table for 7.30, it’s really busy and you can’t move. We had problems getting our last clue as there was a group who had already had a bit to drink and didn’t care about anyway else. Great fun, just not at 7.30.

Theme was great but too busy & noisy
Bletchley was really busy & very noisy. Staff took a long time to seat us and then to come back and show us what we needed to do. It was so loud we couldn't hear properly. The first 2 puzzles weren't actually puzzles, just a drink choice. The 3rd one was so over complicated it was hard to finish (on a timer) & we were asked to leave before we had finished as they needed the table for the next guests! Too busy, not enough staff, too noisy. Such a shame as the theme was brilliant. Felt let down.

Great experience, booking process horrific
The actual experience at the Bletchley was fantastic from start to finish but I nearly didn’t get there at all as the process for booking was horrendous from start to finish taking 5 days, countless phone calls and over 15 emails trying to confirm my booking. Reservation staff were also rude and patronising.
