Blend two indulgences together and treat yourselves to some wickedly rich creativity with this Create your Own Choc-Tails and Chocolates for Two.
A heady combination of chocolate making and mixology, your workshop combines the best of both worlds, allowing you to blend your own chocolate martinis, as well as create rich fresh-cream truffles. Expect decadence on a grand scale as you dip and decorate your way to chocolate mastery using dark chocolate ganache, white chocolate flakes, strawberry curls and more. You’ll have the guidance of expert Chocolatiers throughout, who’ll give you an initial demonstration and then be on hand to help you with your mouth-watering creations.
As a parting gift, you’ll be able to take home a beautiful ribbon-tied bag filled with 10 to 15 deliciously handmade chocolates each, the perfect way to commemorate your new skills..

What happens on the day?
Your workshop will begin with a demonstration from expert Chocolatiers, before you get to grips with creations of your own. You’ll work together to create rich fresh-cream truffles, using the likes of white chocolate flakes, honeycomb and dark chocolate ganache.
Your ‘choc-tails’ will be equally decadent, with even the glass drizzled in velvety milk chocolate. At the end of the class, you’ll each take home a delicious goody bag filled with 10 to15 handmade chocolates.

- Disabled access is available with prior notice, if you require this facility then please advise at the time of booking (one person is able to accompany a disabled participant without charge)

Availability
Your voucher is valid for nine months from the date of issue. It is essential that you book and take your experience before this date. This voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
Courses run on selected Saturdays all year round.
We recommend you book at least four weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available. All bookings are subject to availability.
You should allow approximately 1 hours 30 minutes for the whole experience.
Timings may vary on the day depending on the class size; please take this into account if you are arranging transportation. Guests are requested to arrive 10 minutes before their experience is due to begin. It is requested that you don't arrive any earlier than this as there is insufficient waiting space.
What about insurance?
The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.
