Discover the art of mixology with this Interactive Cocktail Making Masterclass for Two at TT Liquor. This fantastic masterclass is all about getting hands-on with the help of the experts, using the finest liquor, freshest ingredients and specialist equipment to make your own cocktails.
Kicking off with a cocktail, you’ll be guided through the background of mixology and learn the techniques used to create perfect drinks every time. Each of you will make - and drink - four cocktails behind a fully equipped bar. Finish with a little healthy competition, competing against the others to create a prize-winning cocktail using a range of liquors, spirits, syrups, fresh fruit and juices.

What happens on the day?
On arrival you’ll receive a complimentary cocktail before the expert in-house mixologist guides you through the background and concepts of mixology, as well as how to apply fundamental techniques to create the perfect drink.
You’ll each make – and drink – four cocktails behind one of the custom-built cocktail bars, with a maximum of four to five people per bar. Mocktail versions of each drink are available for non-drinkers. Finish with a Cocktail Making Competition, where each cocktail bar competes against the rest to make the best drink.

Availability
The experience takes place on Fridays 19.00 to 21.00 and Saturdays 13.00 to 15.00 throughout the year. Exclusions may apply.
We recommend you book at least four weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available. All bookings are subject to availability.

What about insurance?
The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.
