What happens on the day?
On arrival at My Chocolate in London, you’ll be met by your guide for the day and introduced to your group. Pop your apron on and get ready for a chocolate extravaganza. You’ll learn the history of chocolate and the processes used to take it from humble bean to delicious bar, before sampling cocoa in its natural state and trying a selection of different quality chocolates. You’ll move on to creating a giant chocolate button to decorate using techniques learned from the chocolatier. Whip up delicious fresh cream truffles and get creative decorating gooey fudge with toppings like white chocolate flakes and strawberry curls. You should have plenty to take home, as well as enough to enjoy as you go!
Afterwards, the two of you can make your way to Haggerston’s MAP Maison, for tapas to share and a quirky cocktail each.
