What happens on the day?
You’ll arrive at Inamo, Soho, at 11.00. Your expert sushi chef will then give you a lesson in all things sushi. Get ready for a session of hands-on sushi making and fun, where you’ll make your own maki rolls and take home ten pieces of sushi.
You’ll be awarded your Nigiri Ninja certificate at the end, the best way to let everyone know that you’re an up and coming star of sushi art!
Participant guidelines
- For children aged 7 to 16
- Under 16s must be accompanied by a responsible adult
- The experience content, equipment used and restrictions may vary

Classes are available on selected dates throughout the year from 11.00.
We recommend you book at least four weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available. All bookings are subject to availability.
Please allow 1 hour for the full experience.
What about insurance?
The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.

Thank you Inamo. My children had a great time and it was a perfect way to celebrate my daughter's birthday which occurred on the same day. My children now know how sushi is made and have a great story to tell when they go back to school.

Really good morning, great class.
We took our 6 year old grandson, it was a Christmas present. He really enjoyed the class. It worked really well. The manager was great, the chef was brilliant. Really made sure the children understood, he asked a few questions to make sure they had listened. It was clear most had as the sushi they produced was fantastic. Very hands on, the time flies by. Well done to everyone involved yesterday. ,26th Jan, great morning :)

Good but not much sushi for the price
The course was fun for my two, but aside from the fact everything was prepared, there was not much skill involved and very easy to do at home without instruction. No way was it 60 mins and more like 30 mins. Children were only supposed to make 2 rolls of sushi, but luckily the teacher allowed them to make more to use up ingredients. So in hindsight, quite pricey for what you get.

The whole experience was meant to last for one hour but it was all over in 32 minutes exactly!! The woman taking the course was also not very kid friendly

Good experience but could be better
Although my son enjoyed his experience there were things that could have been better. The session started 20 mins late. The demo was 5 mins long. Making the sushi was about 20 mins and then he waited to get the sushi cut. It would be better if there were fewer children and more sushi options to create.

An ok experience
My son enjoyed his sushi master class. However I thought that the person taking the class could have been more chatty/engaging with the children and made it more of a fun experience. He was friendly but just a little on the quiet side. The restaurant was very nice.
