What happens on the day?
On arrival at Macellaio RC, you’ll be warmly welcomed and meet the executive chef and head baker who’ll lead your three hour class. The course will cover a brief history behind acqua e farina, the in-house daily productions of the bakery, focaccia, the importance of rising and bread maturation. After the class, you’ll enjoy a three-course set menu.
