On arrival at your hotel, you’ll be greeted by staff and checked into the Standard Double / Twin room. You’re free to spend your time at the hotel as you wish, enjoying the facilities and the comfortable surroundings. As part of this experience, you’ll each enjoy a tasty Full English breakfast each morning, setting you up nicely for the days ahead.

What about insurance?

The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence. We stayed at the York House Hotel for two nights. Check in was quick and efficient. The room was adequate for our needs and the bed was comfortable. We were on the third floor and it was quite warm with only one small window. An electric fan was provided. The service was good with all the staff we encountered pleasant. The breakfast was nothing special. The beans were stone cold. Dinner wasn't much better with my husband's pie appearing to have been microwaved. Parking can be difficult.
